Weekend Excursions

We made a quick trip to the ocean this weekend, just to check on everything down there and close up the condo for the winter months ahead.

It was a pretty drive across the eastern shore, some of the leaves are starting to turn, and a lot of the farmers along rt. 50 were out with their tractors tilling up the fields.

When we got to the beach it was one of the calmest times I have ever seen the ocean.

Excursions - Luray Caverns

PD took me for a little over night trip for my birthday this past weekend, we headed down to Luray Caverns which is a short 2 hour 45 trip for us. Luray is the one of the largest caverns in the eastern Americas, and neither PD or I had been there since we were under the age of 10 so we thought it would be a fun to go explore again.
